Business Email - Launch Postponed
The launch of Business Email and deprecation of Personal Email was scheduled for today, 20th January, 2015. However, following our announcement last week, we've received feedback from many of you suggesting that the duration between deprecation of Personal Email and the commencement of migration to Business Email be reduced. We understand that this will help you transition between the products more seamlessly and have therefore decided to alter the launch schedule of Business Email.

What does this mean for you?
  • You will receive updated communication with the revised launch schedule very soon. Rest assured, we will let you know at least a week in advance of the launch, to allow you sufficient time to prepare for the launch of one of our most anticipated products.

  • Personal Email will continue to be available in your Control Panel. It will be discontinued on the same day as the launch of Business Email

  • The migration process for existing packages on Personal Email will commence on the same day as the product launch

  • We hope you use this opportunity to inform all your customers about the upcoming change and the benefits of the OX7 platform. You can use our White-Labeled Marketing Kit and inform your customers about this change right away.
